Can I order online without a credit card?

  • Yes. If you work for (and are ordering on behalf of) an educational institution in the U.K., you can order through our website and we will invoice your educational institution. Your educational institution will then be able to pay for your order by cheque or BACS.

    We are happy to extend this service to day nurseries, schools, colleges and other educational establishments in the U.K.

Can I also order offline?

  • Yes. Orders can be placed in a number of ways, including by official purchase order or by completing the order form in our print catalogue.

  • Yes. The total price of your order, inclusive of VAT, will be shown in your shopping basket on this website.

Do you give customers' personal details to third parties?

  • No. We do not sell, trade or rent customers' personal details. We will not use or disclose your personal information, unless you have given your permission, except for the following purposes:

    a) To assess, operate and improve this website and the services provided through it;

    c) If we are required to disclose such personal information by any applicable law, regulation or legal process.

    We do not collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent, and we do not transfer Personal Information outside the European Economic Area without your consent.

Do you use cookies on your website?

Dispatch and Delivery

What are your delivery rates?

  • We offer free delivery to addresses in England and Wales on orders over £250. For orders under £250 we charge £15 for delivery.

What are your estimated lead times?

  • The stock quantity or lead times for each product is shown on our website.

    In general, for items and quantities which are not in stock, please allow 2 weeks for rugs and mats, 4-5 weeks for soft furnishings and 8 weeks for wooden items.

Do you part-dispatch orders?

  • Yes. We will dispatch individual items to you as soon as they are available.

How do you dispatch?

  • Items are delivered by courier.

    Delivery of flat-packed shelving and large seating items is made by pallet (single and double), due to the size and weight of the products. The courier companies that we use are contracted to deliver the pallets to a convenient set-down point for both parties. They do not have insurance to carry pallets indoors. They are not contracted to open packages or to carry components indoors. In addition, they can deliver only to ground-floor locations.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

  • Most products such as wooden items and seating are specially manufactured for you upon receipt of your order and are, therefore, non-returnable.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
